特征： The Star 848TA Ultra-Max® griddle measures 48 inches wide and is split into 12-inch sections that are individually controlled. These sections have sensors embedded in the cook plate that measure and adjust the temperature to match the setting on the snap-action thermostats. Ranging from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, temperatures can be regulated and set to suit different applications.
